The ingredients are great.It has all the essential nutrients to support healthy hair growth such as saw palmetto, pumpin seed, green tea, nettle extract etc... and it has a good blend for DHT blocker. I've been taking this for the past 3 months and noticed that my hair feels stronger and my hair loss significantly slowed down. The 4 star is due to many of these ingredients are not easily absorbed or "bio-available" to our system so it is more for marketing purposes. However, the ingredients that are absorb into the body does help with my hair loss. I recommend this product because it has no side effects and also seem to boost my energy level. Unlike Propecia, which I do not recommend any "Man" to use, has a plethora of nasty side effects that I wouldn't want to name. In summary, this is not a magic pill. I have used the product for 6 months now and can say that this product seems to directly impact hair fullness. I think what is happening is that where I already have hair, that more hair is growing in. The problem is that I am trying to have hair regrow near the forehead and temples where I have hair loss (due to hairdressers on two occasions washing out hair color with very hot or scalding water - Keune color is awful - burns and makes your scalp sensitive to water temperature too).
