I don't have any bald spots per say but it is very thin and has been getting gradually thinner. In high school a popular hair style involved highlighting so that hid my problem quite well. This stuff is great with a little practice. First off, if you are like me you can't just gel your hair because it makes the thinning more obvious. I read all the reviews on the colors and ordered the one that looked the closest to my color of hair, but when I got it, it was way too dark. Of course, once you remove the top to see what color it is, you can no longer return it, because it's been opened (but how else could I tell what color it was?). So, now I'm stuck with something I can't use and can't return. Be very careful when selecting your color.
