If you want to compare your hair to mine: I have thick, golden-brown, wavy hair that dries out if I don't take care of it (i.e. heat styling), but mostly is soft.Now, here's my take on it: 1 - Yes, it did dry my hair out a bit, but not horribly so. If you're a heavy user of heat styling, this probably isn't for you. I blow dry or iron my hair ONLY once every one or two weeks. To combat the drying, simply alternate with a heavily-conditioning shampoo and conditioner. I really like Renpure's "My Pretty Hair is Parched." 2 - Yes, it makes my hair grow faster. I've kind of experimented over the last few months, and came to the conclusion that you have to use it at LEAST every other wash to get real results. 3 - Some reviewers have complained about their hair falling out.
